I want to take this blog posting opportunity to wish you, my dear readers, a wonderful holiday season. I hope your holiday is filled with special moments spent with those you care most about. May it also be filled with contentment, fond memories, joy and much love.
And to those of you who have experienced a loss of late (or not so of late), or who are struggling with cancer treatment or any issue for that matter, please remember that a mix of genuine emotions is always okay, even during the holidays.
This is also another perfect opportunity for me to say thank you for reading Nancy’s Point throughout 2013!
We made it through another year together!
I am grateful to you, my readers.
I Hope to “see” you all back reading and commenting in 2014!
Until then I’ll be busy doing family stuff…
Wishing you and yours a wonderful holiday!
See you in the New Year!
How are you spending the holidays this year?

Happy 2014 Dear Nancy! Thank you for wonderful, thoughtful posts and thank you for your good friendship, however far away, you seem close to me. We spent the holidays as we try to spend all the time available to us, good food, good laughs, much love… and to you, much love.

Nancy, best wishes to you for a wonderful New Year! I hope 2014 is everything you hope for.
Me, I will have a quiet New Year's Eve. I typically splurge and make a Prime Rib as we say good-bye to the previous year, and we watch the ball drop on TV. No champagne for me as I can't drink now but I may buy a split for my husband. (shhh)
This year has some good things happening - my first grandbaby is due and my youngest son graduates from high school. I'm hoping I am around to see both of those things, but I think at least the first is achievable as the baby is due in March.
Have a wonderful New Year's eve, which I hope sparks a New Year full of love, joy and health for you.

Ann, Your New Year's Eve plans sound lovely. And my lips are sealed... ha. It's so exciting about your first grandbaby and the graduation, too, of course - such special and monumental family events. Hoping you enjoy them and many more yet to come, Ann. I think of you often and I'm grateful to "know" you through your blog. Thank you for sharing about what mets is really like. Best wishes to you in the New Year too. Stability. Hoping for much of that for you. Thanks for reading and for the good wishes.
